La Ciudad de Fútbol is a social condenser: a machine for community building, commerce, living and playing; a precise, yet low-tech kit-of-parts assemblage, with layered and varied speeds of circulation and degrees of privacy in a constant flux of depth.

All units of a total of 6 studio apartments are flexibly planned to allow for change. Three perforations in the slender volume create shared sky-garden patios connecting neighbors to one another as well as to vistas both north and south.
All programmatic elements are generously set back from the street edges, forming a colonnade and an extended, shaded threshold for urban activities like street vending.
The rooftop houses a 5-a-side field, event space at the east, a viewing mezzanine beneath the residential building above, and ample exercise and viewing areas for visitors, players, and residents.
